Postpartum

Congratulations, you just brought life into the world!

The postpartum period is a crucial time for your body to recover mentally and physically.. My goal is to be there for you throughout the challenges and joys of this period, while ensuring that you are being heard and your needs are being met. This includes:

- 4 hour minimum visits per day

_ light housework (dishes, laundry, tidying up, etc)

- baby soothing techniques

- diapering, bathing, feeding, etc

- external resources

- meal prep and nutritional support

- grocery shopping

- spending time with older children to give you time with your baby

Nanny

When caring for your child I promise to be a safe space for them to be themselves; to laugh, cry, be silly, and feel comfortable in their own skin. I encourage kids to get dirty, explore, and be creative..

I set firm and healthy boundaries for children by using situations as learning opportunities, and I explain those boundaries in a calm, respectful manner..

I give children as much love and attention as they need while also stepping back and leaving room for independence so they are able to grow and develop their own thoughts and opinions.

Right now I am offering part time/temporary care. If that fits with what you are looking for, definitely reach out to me by email or by filling out my inquiry form and we can discuss further info!
